When will my bank receive my regular deposit if the payment date is a weekend or a holiday?

The payment will be processed on the next business day and may take up to three business days to arrive in your bank account.

The withdrawal will be processed on the next business day and may take up to three business days to be taken from your account.

When can I expect to receive the proceeds of a recent redemption?

Money will be deposited to your bank account within 3 business days of the redemption date.

If we do not have your banking information, a cheque will be sent to your mailing address within 7 to 10 business days.

Where can I find the capital gain/loss information for my account?

You can find this information online by clicking “View my account” above and registering for Client Account View or on your year-end client statement.
