Fixed Rate Open and Closed Mortgages
- Provides a locked-in interest rate for the term selected and if rates should rise, your fixed rate remains the same.
- Gives you the security of a fixed payment for the term of the mortgage.
- Offers the security of knowing what your monthly payment will be and how much will remain owing on your home at the end of the term.
- Allows you to choose from a wide variety of mortgage terms ranging from as little as 6 months up to 10 years.
Variable Rate Mortgage
- Allows you to take advantage of changing interest rates.
- Provides the convenience of a fixed monthly mortgage payment.
- When interest rates fall, applies an increased amount of monthly payment toward reducing outstanding amount owing.
- When interest rates rise, applies an increased amount of monthly payment toward interest owing.
Prime Preferred Variable Rate Mortgage
- Offers our lowest introductory interest rate (2% below our prime rate) for the first 12 months. Interest rate floats at our prime rate for the remaining term.
- Provides the option of converting to a fixed rate mortgage should interest rates rise. (Penalties may apply)
Adjustable Rate – Adjustable Payment Variable Rate Mortgage
- Provides an automatic rate reduction of 0.50% off our prime rate during entire term.
- Interest rate and payment are adjusted on the first day of each month based on our prime rate and the remaining amortization period of your mortgage.
Lock and Roll Variable Rate Mortgage
- Provides the benefits of a short-term mortgage rate without the worry of having to negotiate rate discounts each time you renew.
- Five year mortgage automatically adjusts interest rate every six months to the prevailing six-month closed mortgage rate, less a pre-established discount.

- Allows you to access the equity in your home to consolidate all of your banking and financing needs.
- Provides a mortgage financing solution, a line of credit, a source of funds for investment, a chequing account and a savings account all rolled into one.
