Operation
The Fundlists feature available through the Investors Group Web site is provided and operated by Globe Interactive, a division of Bell Globemedia Publishing Inc. using Globe Interactive's facilities and resources. Access to the Fundlists, whether creating or reviewing, is actually a hyperlink from www.investorsgroup.com to www.globefund.com, and all interaction with the Fundlists is taking place on the Globe Interactive Web site.
Cookies
The operation of a Fundlist necessarily involves the introduction by Globe Interactive of a cookie on the Web browser on your computer. This allows Globe Interactive to recognize your computer each time you access the Fundlist feature, so that your personal Fundlist may be displayed. The cookies introduced by Globe Interactive are unknown to and not accessible by Investors Group.
Confidentiality
Globe Interactive is solely responsible for the operation, including the content, of the Fundlists features and pages. Information relating to the creation or maintenance of Fundlists, including the fact that someone has created a Fundlist and the information contained in that list, is in the possession of Globefund and is not available to or nor accessible by Investors Group. Investors Group has obtained assurances from Globe Interactive as to the confidentiality of all information which is provided through the Investors Group Web site, but no guarantee of such confidentiality is made by Investors Group.
