Unitholders approve termination of Investors Global Series RSP Funds and iProfileTM Global Equity RSP Pool
Winnipeg, MB – September 21, 2005: At meetings held today, unitholders of the six Investors Global Series RSP Funds (the "RSP Funds") and the i Profile Global Equity RSP Pool (the "RSP Pool") voted to approve the termination of the funds. The terminations are expected to occur on or before September 30, 2005.
With the government's recent removal of the limit on foreign content in registered retirement plans, the RSP Funds and the RSP Pool are no longer required. Units of the RSP Funds and RSP Pool held by unitholders will be exchanged for units of the same series of the underlying funds as follows:

Systematic contribution plans in place prior to the termination of an RSP Fund/Pool will be re-instated in the Corresponding Foreign Equity Fund/Pool(s) (see table above).
